xXargL is an architecture student, scenographer and digital artist based in Brussels. At the core of her practice is a search for a deeper understanding of her environment and its impact on her emotions. She starts by archiving images and sounds, followed by a new take on the tension of elements purveyed from her surroundings. In xXargL's (digital) landscapes or sculptures, those loose fragments from her life are given a new context. They transcend themselves and arouse emotion through use of ‘Heartfelt Symbolism’. A concept she created where she translates personal symbolism and poetry into her artworks.

xXargL’s work is mainly rooted in contexts of performance, theater and concerts, but got the chance to explore a new dimension of her art through the belgian club scene when she joined the Burenhinder family in October 2022.
