I'm Nina Exui. I'm a tattoo artist, DJ and a co-founder of Fairycore Syndicate - an artist collective organising events which carry the same name. I really enjoy connecting dark, euphoric and straight up weird kinds of music in my sets to create a unique blend, but always with the aim to make people dance.

I have experienced men doubting my ability to throw a succesful event, and most of all always overexplaining stuff or explaining quite elementary facts about the technicalities of DJ-ing. However, my overall experience as a female artist has been quite positive and welcoming and what I have encountered is only slightly annoying.

We have only just started our event journey, so who knows where it will take us, but we would like to bring a breath of fresh air to Bratislava's club scene - where we are also based - creating a space for unique local and foreign talent. We also want our parties to create a safe space and an inclusive environment for ravers of all kind. Bratislava's raving club scene has been quite homogenous lately, with only a few unique events popping up. I would like to throw multi-genre parties accompanied with their own visual identity - however, it will take some time to build what I have in my head, but I can't wait to see what will come next
