Hi, I'm Kaa Glo aka Žaba Glo D-dj, promoter, resident dj at legendary club Fuchs2 & nail tech enthusiast based in Prague, CZ.
I've been organising parties called Whiskas with my crew since 2017, which are primarily centered around harder genres of music.
I really enjoy organising events, especially curating line ups and finding new musicians who are not well known (yet) and giving them platform to express themselves. As a dj myself I love to entertain people with the music that I play (also with my outfits ). I think the most important thing is to not take yourself too seriously - have fun or cry to that hardstyle nostalgic remix of your childhood song, or do both at the same time.

I've been told many times about how I'm getting bookings only because I look somewhat interesting by my male dj "friends". It's really disappointing.
It's also very telling about how men perceive women's value only through their "looks" and physical appearance. Another thing is being put as a opening or closing dj at events all the time, being approached by men who're touching your mixer while you dj, just because they want control over you. All of this had me doubt myself lot of times and is pissing me off that we still have to deal with this behaviour all the time.

Put females and queer folks in prime times, treat them with respect and create supportive environments with direct actions like higher fees. Generally we should be giving more space to people from the LGBTQIA's+ community and making sure that the promoters also. understand the culture and people who are coming to their events and trying to make the space as safe as possible. It would be helpful if there will be less cis males in manager positions at clubs, festivals etc.
Fun fact: Did you know that raccoon dogs eat frogs? Now you do ☐☐
